Any family pairings including in-laws and step-children can participate as long as the pair are at least a generation apart. Ex-members of Burhill are welcome to play with family members on the day.

The competition will be Stableford Foursomes with 1/2 combined handicaps with halves rounded up. The Men will play off the White tees and Ladies off the reds. The Ladies receive 3 courtesy shots from the men's card. Juniors with WHS handicap indexes of 30 and over play off Red tees - but maximum handicap allowance 36.

Entry fee £10 per pair payable on IG.

It is hoped that prizegiving and presentation of the trophy will follow completion of competition on the Terrace. There will be a special area on the terrace set aside for competitors.
