Shotgun start at 0915.
Lunch planned for around 1430.

Cost for the day: £75/pair to include the bacon rolls, the golf and a splendid Burhill 3course lunch.
Men's Invitational

The Men's Invitational day took place on the New Course on Saturday with a nearly full field of members and their invited guests.
The course looked at its best for the guests, but, despite a firm breeze, some excellent scores were posted. The winners, Duncan Hfodgson (+1) and his guest, Gary Simmons (4) scored a magnificent 46 points, which, between them, included ten birdies.
The nearest score to them was 43 points from Don Wright and Kevin Walter, followed by 42 points (on countback) from Graham Harris and Roy Walker.
Malcolm Ashby won Straightest Drive, with his ball almost touching the rope, and Stephen Wayman won Nearest the Pin.
After the round, members and guests enjoyed the traditional hospitality of Burhill with an excellent three course lunch.
